Corrugated Pallet on Delivery Displays are used to fulfill products in production premises before shipping and to show 4 large faces of branding graphics.

Compared to pallet display, a POD display is more suitable for stacked items that are heavy in weight or regular in shape.

There is no minimum order quantity since we can start with 1 pc with digital printing while bulk order has its cost advantage.

What We Do Different

Turnkey Solutions

From the very beginning when we start to do P.O.P displays, most often we do pallet displays. But when a club store called Sam's Club turned to us for a less cost design to warp up their pallets in clubs, our structural designer find this way to nail it.

With standard pallet size L1200, W1000mm in American countires, we are able to print a skirt in 2 parts and joint them together. In packing, there can be a creasing line in the middle of the short side, so that the whole packing dimension won't be surpass the display itself. This greatly saving shipping cost.

For graphic design, we can share you a complete set of dieline so that you have an idea on overall size of the display to layout your logos and branding images. We accept 1 pc sample to start your new campaign.
